Hey Peaches,
In-line with real-time information provided by the World Health Organisation and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have added additional processes to our existing strict hygiene protocols at Neon Peach.
As a result we have implemented the following precautionary measures for our peaches:
- Upon arrival, all peaches will be taken to a dedicated hand washing station
- Single use, bio degradable towels
- Single use hairdressing wraps
- Increased use of gloves for all team members
- Hand sanitiser available for you at any time
Our increased rotation of disinfectant processes using hospital grade disinfectant for door handles, benches, chairs, basins and equipment ensures that these items are cleaned BEFORE & AFTER each appointment. This is implemented in a manner that will not cause concern for anyone with asthma related conditions.
All team members have undergone additional training to ensure they are meeting these exceptional hygiene standards.
To protect the health, safety and financial welfare of our dedicated team and all of you in our peachy community, any team member who feels unwell, or feels they may be experiencing any symptoms outlined by the World Health Organisation will remain at home.
We strongly insist that you do the same, and if you experience any symptoms or feel you may have been compromised, contact us immediately by phone to cancel your appointment. Please do not come in person, just know that we will do our very best to reschedule your appointment 14 days after the original booking.
